CUSTOMER SERVICES REP – CANTON, MI – MILLCRAFT PAPER COMPANY

We have an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative in our Canton, MI division.

So what would your days look like?
As a CSR, you would respond to customer requests for quotes, process sales orders and address order changes. You would place orders with vendors for direct shipment transactions. You’d work closely with our outside sales team, supply chain, operations, and suppliers on product availability, pricing, delivery, and others.
You would also participate in team meetings; collect and report on customer information and needs; build your knowledge of our products and services; suggestive selling, and more.
